We use a web-based database to track progress against all agreed actions arising from our audit recommendations.
Using this 'live information', we are able to offer you accurate and timely updates, meeting your reporting needs.
Emails reminders are sent to owners of actions every 30 days for actions requiring update or due for implementation. |
We can offer you direct access to this database to manage your agreed actions via Secure User Management (currently only accessible through a secure N3 connection).
Using this facility, you are able to update your progress against agreed action as soon as actions are complete. This not only enables us to offer you a continuous follow-up service, but ensures reporting information is 'real-time' rather than a snapshot at fixed points in the year.
Data security is maintained by the use of encryption. Access controls ensure that those who access the system can only access the data that they are authorised.
|
Let us help centralise your agreed actions from third party assurances and internal audit in one place.
We offer you the ability to have your third party agreed actions (e.g. external audit, CQC, Health & Safety) included on the same database, so that you can manage all your agreed actions in one place.
You will be able to run reports across all your assurance requirements, providing your Board and Committees with clear governance information relating to agreed audit actions.

"South Coast Audit has provided an effective solution to improve our processes and how we manage our audit actions. We're really pleased to have South Coast Audit to develop a new way of working along with integration into TeamCentral.
These new processes and technology are now embedded and a key element to enable us to deliver improvements arising from our audit programme and assurance to our stakeholders.
We're now able to update findings and submit evidence directly, in a secure and controlled way. Management reporting is quick, flexible and available on demand. It's a great result for us."
