Steffan is a qualified HR manager working as an LCFS. Steffan can provide support and advice on related HR issues thus ensuring the Trust is able to effectively address the issue of parallel sanctions.

Steffan is a Qualified Human Resources (HR) practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He also holds a Degree in Occupational Psychology and a Certificate in Education.

Michele has worked in the NHS for over 8 years and has experience of many types of NHS Trusts including Acute, Ambulance and most recently a large Mental Health Foundation Trust. Throughout her career in Local
Government and the NHS she has brought successful prosecutions both in magistrates and crown courts and has attended as a witness to GMC, and NMC hearings.

Before joining South Coast Audit, Michele was manager of a Benefits Fraud Investigation Team and the Benefits overpayment team, dealing with identification and recovery of debt from benefit claimants both fraudulent and non- fraudulent. Michele is also a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and has a degree in Counter Fraud and Criminal Justice Studies.

Chris has been employed as a Fraud Officer for over 8 years within the NHS and is lead for Sussex Community NHS Trust and NHS West Sussex and has experience in Strategic Health Authorities, Acute and Primary Care. He has had numerous successful prosecutions during his time within the NHS which have been reported by the BBC and local press and has also been involved with a number of multi agency investigations.

Chris is very passionate about his role to protect NHS resources and educate staff and the public of Fraud Awareness. Prior to joining the NHS, Chris was a Benefit Fraud Investigator.

Melanie is currently the nominated lead LCFS for an Acute Trust in Kent and has been with this organisation since joining SCA. She has also been the nominated lead LCFS for two Special Health Authorities, NICE and the NPSA and during this time gained valuable experience of the counter fraud requirements for these SHA's. In addition to this Melanie has also worked within a Primary Care environment and this diversity of work gives her a broad understanding of the requirements for each individual organisation. Before joining SCA, Melanie worked within a Local Authority environment as a Benefit Fraud investigator for 9 years and a Benefit Administrator for 10 years
